WHAT IS NAET?
NAET stands for Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Technique. Developed by Devi Nambudripad, Ph.D., M.D., D.C., L.Ac. in 1983, NAET is a non-invasive, drug-free, natural solution to alleviate allergies of all types and intensities. Since its introduction in the 1980s, Dr. Nambudripad has taught thousands of doctors and healthcare practitioners her drug-free NAET technique for acute and chronic allergy elimination.

HOW DOES NAET WORK?
NAET is an innovative science that addresses the root cause of allergic conditions. It can safely help anyone, from newborn infants to the elderly restore imbalances in the body and eliminate allergies.
NAET uses Muscle Response Testing (MRT) to confirm allergic reactivity. While the patient is in contact with
the allergen, acupressure stimulates the nerve bundles along the
spine to reprogram and balance the central nervous system to neutralize the allergen. Patients are advised to isolate themselves from the allergen for twenty-five hours, after which they are immune from its effects. Dr. Dougherty also supplements this process with acupuncture treatments to deepen its impact.
